お知らせ

荒先生の論文「Intestinal goblet cells protect against GVHD after allogeneic stem cell transplantation via Lypd8」が2020年7月1日にScience Translational Medicineで公開され、7月2日にプレスリリースされました。

本発表では、造血幹細胞移植後に腸胚細胞の数が減少することによって、生存率の低下することを見出し、IL-25の投与が強力な治療となる可能性がわかりました。本研究が発展することで造血幹細胞移植後の生命予後が改善することが期待されます。
